Comments: This is "The homebrewer's bible". Ask anyone. This is the book that started the Monkeys brewing (that and a lot of help from Brewmaster Blue Monkey). If you want to brew beer, enjoying both the process and the brew, you must read this book from cover to cover. Imbibe it, if you will. It will be well worth the time.
Once you've read it, brew some beer (we'll helP) and read it again. It's chock full of recipes to experiment with. I've brewed 28 batches and haven't yet come close to running out of ideas. Try Goat Scrotum Porter, Doctor Bock Bock, Rocky Raccoon's Crystal Honey Lager, Vagabond Gingered Ale, and many more.
Great beginer's guide, and a good intro to all-grain brewing. You must buy this book. You can't borrow mine!
